We will define what each key areas means and how you can promote it across your organisation. We will consider leadership styles and frameworks to support organisations to develop a culture of psychological safety and interpersonal risk taking, where EDI can thrive. 

Develop your understanding of the difference between mentoring and other support mechanisms, focusing particularly on the use of coaching techniques in the workplace. We will examine the qualities of a good mentor, allowing you to assess yourself and identify areas for development. We will consider the challenges faced by mentors in the workplace, and help you develop strategies for using relevant models of mentoring in your practice.

We can deliver group training on a range of software, from making large amounts of data easier to view, manage, analyse and present, to presentation skills to wow your client.
